MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Manage all operations at Apax Leaders Language Center to ensure the best service quality from service to quality facilities, environment clean, safe and friendly.
- Responsible for ensuring absolute safety for students and parents at the Center by controlling the risk factors that lead to accidents and coordinating the associated support such as Security, IT, Reception, Accounting of the Center.
- Plan and implement the Center's weekly / monthly / quarterly plans related to operations support activities.
- Establish and supplement the process of work of the staff at the Center, checklist to supervise and test the performance of each department, each individual as well.
- Organizing professional staff training and team working skills. At the same time build and work culture for all employees.
- Ensure the system of facilities at the Center of safety and environment of green, clean and beautiful landscape. Good practice the content of 5S.
- Maintain continuous improvement activities on 5-star service in order to enhance the quality and reputation of the Center.
- Independent control of all activities of the Center. Ensure the management processes at the Center are supervised.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
❖ At least 3 years in the same management position.
❖ Good analytical, planning and communication skills.
❖ Fluent in English & Vietnamese.
❖ Strong people-management skills & motivation skills
