MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. EFL Supporting Tasks

· Test schedule

- To produce test schedule regularly according to the class situation

report

- To carefully check the information on the class situation report to

ensure test schedule is correct (in the case of cancelled lessons or otherwise)

- To provide teachers and customer service officers (CSOs) with a copy of

the test schedule

- To give notice to the teachers of upcoming tests

- To inform teachers and CSOs of any changes to the test schedule as a

result of cancelled classes or otherwise

- To ensure teachers and interns have been correctly schedule to

administer tests (as below)

· Test pack preparation

- To prepare end of course tests for all groups: two papers – Reading &

Writing, Listening & Speaking

- To ensure enough copies of each paper are provided in each pack

- To ensure an answer key is provided in each pack

- To ensure a student sign-in sheet is provided in each pack

- To ensure correct and operational CD is present in each Listening test

pack

- To correctly label each test pack

- To handover all prepared test pack to CSOs

- To ensure teachers receive completed test packs to be marked

- To ensure the timely return of marked test papers

Test results

- To input test results onto individual student’s reports

- To provide CSOs with a copy of test results

Reports

- To send report templates to teachers as soon as possible before end of

course date (on server or by email)

- To ensure return of completed templates as soon as possible before end

of course date

- To input attendance result on each report according to information

provided by CSOs

- To print out all student reports

- To ensure all student reports are signed by teachers

Certificates

- To input test and attendance results

- To check and print out all student certificates

Other Duties

- Taking good care of the Teacher’s room

- Perform other duties designated by the Line Manager.

- To be trained in other aspects of the position of EFL Officer and EFL

Material Officer

- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the EFL support Team

Leader if required.

2. TA Supervision tasks:

• Supervise TA on weekends to ensure TAs come to work on time and support them to handle difficult problems

• Scheduling TAs’ schedule and checking their timesheet exactly.

• Call to parents monthly to inform them about students’ studying progress

• Follow up with all TAs monthly and strictly to make sure they fill in all information about students’ studying in class

• Training TAs to call parents (if needed)

• TA training: work with Academic Coordinator and EFL Supervisor to conduct TA training to make sure we deliver the best service.

• Work with Academic Coordinator and EC Supervisor to get teachers’ feedback about TAs and solve them.

• Cover for sick or late Teaching Assistance (if needed)

• Assist EFL Supervisor, when requested

3.Administration Tasks

● Performing administrative duties to support the operations of the office

- Managing the tea-ladies and securities guards

- Purchasing refreshment and cleaning materials for centre’s usage

- Managing the equipments and teaching materials

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

- Vietnamese national 

- Holder of Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English Language)

- Proactive, result driven, organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese 

- Computer literacy – MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
