MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Sale Target Objectives

- Ensure Sale’s Individual target achievement

- Ensure sales department high productivity output

• Customer Relationship Management

- Problem solving and solution

- Rapport building with customers

• Quality of Service Standards

- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company’s core values

- Ensure to follow up and keep in track with issue/feedback and student learning process.

• Center & Department’s Compliance/Polices/Procedures

- Ensure to follow all Operational Policies of the Center & Organization

- Ensure to follow up with indebt and bills are registered accordingly and to liaise closely with cashiers

• Center and Organizational Support

- Support overall operation and marketing activities

• Other Duties

- Willing to work late nights, working on a day off (in case of event) and shifts

- Other duties and responsibilities as outlined by Line Manager

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

- Vietnamese nationality

- Experience in Customer Service, Sale and Relationship Management

- Able to communicate both in Vietnamese & English.
