MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Handle student enrolment, programs consultations and sales activities

- Sign up students and arrange payment for courses

- Arrange class transfers, school fee refunds and savings, assign classes and level placement for students

- Check the inquiries, follow up company and private class payments by bank transfer

- Introduce the company, clarify customers’ needs, give pre-consultations and get students’ information

- Arrange placement tests and deliver programs / course consultations

2. Handle customer care activities

- Handle customer complaints, customer requests

- Update waiting lists and follow up booking lists, do the telesales and email to customers as requested

- Receive customer payments and hand over cash balance to Accounting Department

3. Other administration tasks and as assigned by Center managers


YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

- Having experiences in counseling, advising and customer service is a plus

- Be able to communicate and persuade customers directly and via phone

- Male/female with good looking from 21 to 28 years old

- Be able to work independently as well as in a team

- Be available for shift working and working under pressure

- Be able to communicate in English well
