Mô tả công việc
- Greeting clients, and visitors and directing them to desired contacts.
- Taking messages when the call receiver is not available
- Managing incoming mail/stationery and outgoing mail effectively to ensure proper the charges of expenses of them.
1.2 Administrative works
- Making office expense payments.
- Arranging car/taxi for employees to visit customers.
- Monitoring the drinking water of the office, keep record and verify the bill.
1.3 Event organization
Birthday party, Christmas, etc….
1.4 Support recruitment activities.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Major: Human Resources Management, English, Chinese or related majors…
- A strong desire to work in HR & Admin.
- Teamwork skills, hardworking, careful, and willing to learn.
- Can communicate in English or Chinese.
- Can use office equipment.
