Mô tả công việc
- Respond to customer queries by phone or e-mail to support and solve complaint cases
- Interface between customers and hotels to resolve any cases arising upon/after check-in
- Handle admin support tasks including but not limited to hotel, flight, and regular payment related issues
- Verify transactions with different mode of payments (such as: bank-transfer, credit cards, etc..) match payment and booking ID
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University/Colleges required
- Age: 20 to 30 years old
- Fluent in English both written and spoken (Preferably with TOEIC 500)
- Above 3 months minimum experience in customer service, receptionist, tour guide v..v
- Experience in a call center/contact center, travel industry is a plus
- Willing to work on weekend, national holidays, overtime if needed
- Willing to work under shifting mode (Night shift including)
- Able to work under pressure and in a large team
- Always bring positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers
- Discipline, honest, critical and high initiative

Thời gian làm việc
- Rotating shifts from 7:00 - 22:00 and night shift from 21:00 - 6:00 hoặc 22:00 - 7:00 (3-4 night shift/month)
