Key Accountabilities

• Create and implement Sales & Marketing Automation strategies to increase leads, generate revenue, and build customer databases
• Create different automated campaigns based on customer’s personas and customer life cycle 
• Research the ideal marketing automation tools and deploy to reach potential leads
• Utilizing Marketing & CRM software for lead generation and sales
• Review and analyze data to identify trends and create data-driven strategies for marketing projects

Working time

• Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:30) 1 hour 30 minutes lunch break
• Saturday Morning (08:00 - 12:00)

Interview process

• Round 1: CV Screening
• Round 2: Individual Interview
• Round 3: Practical Assignment and Presentation

• Bachelor of the Arts (BA), the Bachelor of Science (B.S.), or equivalent degree
• Proficiency in CRM software or experience of working on email marketing campaigns, lead generation and nurturing, and Google Analytics
• Preliminary knowledge of relevant marketing areas including copywriting, social media, and user experience and user interface design
• Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills, i.e., a team player
• Should know how to use data as fuel to drive results
• Although not a mandatory requirement, fundamental knowledge of HTML/CSS is a huge plus as it can help while working on email templates and landing pages
