• Overall responsible for managing English Center: sales, customer service, admin task, inventory management.
• Responsible for KPIs of re-enrollment by ensuring student’s satisfaction KPIs measurable
• Managing center operation budget & responsible to control budget effectively.
• Conduct staff performance review, cost/benefit analysis...
• Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, customer service.
• Manage and improve center performance.
• Be responsible for center annual budget.
• Maintain consistent professional improvement through company training, coaching staff.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports for submission to Managing Director.
• College Degree or higher at Business Administration or other relevant majors.
• At least 1 year experience as Center Leader or Customer Service Leader/ Manager or Sales Team Leader.
• Good at English.
• Customer service skill.

Tan Phu Center: 190A Hoa Binh street, Hiep Tan Ward, Tan Phu District, HCMC.
District 5 Center: 92 An Duong Vuong street, Ward 9, District 5, HCMC
