As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all e-commerce platforms in Vietnam. As the brand's main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the e-commerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You have a firm grasp of e-commerce fundamentals, digital marketing, campaign development and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your brand(s) successful.

You are responsible for account GMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.


Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implement them for company cross border ecommerce operations on Vietnam ecommerce B2C marketplaces.

Work with the marketing / business development team in Singapore and Vietnam to onboard new suppliers in a timely and efficient manner.

Drive the overall strategies for margin target achievement.

Drive customer satisfaction by managing and setting strategies for the customer B2C stores in Lazada and Tiki

Involved in campaign management, including planning of product promotion, product launches, product listing, campaign follow up, etc

Assist to develop and implement demand plans to grow sellers store’s GMV

Liaise with Designer Team on artwork requirements and monitor deadlines for completion

Assist Customer Relations department on product knowledge on B2C marketplaces

Generate analysis and sales reports on regular basis

Produce contents and marketing plans for Lazada and Tiki

Coordinate information to achieve project timelines

Marketplace, strategy, management, forecasts and results, include short and long term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance

Work at both the strategic and tactical levels

Review monthly customer service reports and putting into place action items to ensure efficiency of the process


1-2 years of eCommerce experience working with the B2C marketplaces

English (verbal and written)

Have marketplace experience/understanding (ideally on Lazada or/and Tiki)

Experience and drive to coordinate with many stakeholders (4-5 people)

Team Player

Strong troubleshooting skills, able to work in fast paced environment

Fast learner

Remote working experience

Commercially Savvy / Entrepreneurial thinking mindset
