- Make domestic materials order plan each month thanks to actual stock and Production plan monthly
- Take care domestic materials receiving date, daily stock    
-  Contact with suppliers about wrapping materials issues: defective materials, rejected materials, quotation, contract…    
-  Finish all issues after purchasing such as: documents, invoice and payment requisition  
-  Take care new cylinders for new products after approved   
-  Make detail schedule: order - cylinder - design checking - receiving date    
-  Update WM and renewal products schedule     
-  Supply new raw and wrapping materials on time    
-  Co-operate with related section and supplier to confirm accurate receiving date   
-  Support production and related section for purchasing items    
-  Control purchasing matters try to get reasonable price    
-  Try to find new supplier with lower price       
-  Administrate all purchasing data (Contract, quotation, payment.....)    
-  Report to Vice FM about any change (It's specially the price)

Sex: Male/Female (25-35 yrs)
Education: University      
Major: -  Business administration, foreign trade (or similar major)
Experience: 2 years at the same position (or similar position as planning demand)    
Knowledge: purchasing, consumer goods packing
Good at computer, communication, manageable skills & worked at any Japanese Company
Good at Word, Excel, Power point
Able to speak English at intermediate level
Living in Binh Duong, Ben Cat

- Gross Salary: 14 - 15 mil or Negotiation
- 13th & KPI Salary, Union
- Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, 24/24 Health Insurance (BHBV)
- Leaving day, benefits and compensation as Labor Law, …
- Working time: 7:30-16:45 (Break lunch: 11:45-12;30)
- Working day: From Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun are off)
