● Your daily SOWs are working closely with Account Manager to execute:
○ Deliver target revenue through various affiliate channels.
○ Training team members to ensure that they understand company policies and procedures
○ Reviewing sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued
○ Massively acquire new affiliate partners through various channels by researching, identifying and building relationships.
○ Engage existing affiliate partners to drive volume, increase revenue, and improve their performance.
○ Negotiate and review commercial agreements with affiliate partners
○ Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
○ Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services
● Experience 2 - 3 years in Affiliates, Sales, Business Development,...
● Can-do Attitude and passion about sales and expanding business.
● Have willingness to learn and adapt to new things.
● Being self-motivated and target-driven.
● Strong negotiation, analytical skills and highly numerate.
● Excellent decision making ability.
● Ability to thrive is a fast paced environment and value attention to detail.
● Directly participate in the company's strategic plan development.
● Training and development orientation.
● Work directly with experienced Leaders.
● Working with the young and dynamic Team.
