You will be choose in charge one of this roles:

● Teacher Acquisition Role:
○ Working with BDM to execute: celeb teachers research, cold call, meeting set, follow up,...
○ Join them in the meeting to pitch, negotiate and convince teachers to work with us.
○ Work closely with the team and complete tasks assigned by the Manager.
● Account Role:
○ Communicate with partners and gather information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines.
○ Maintain professional networks with 3rd parties in order to explore new business development channels.
○ Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
○ Report and record all sales activities in a web-based CRM system.

● Activation Role:
○ Responsible for planning, strategy and implementation of monthly activation programs.
○ Recruit, manage and train PGs to run activation programs throughout the southern region.
○ Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of activation programs, progress in each area to make recommendations.
○ Summary report of activation activities: type of activity, sales performed, cost of implementation.
● Other tasks:
○ Observe, practice and learn to become a professional BD with a result oriented & can do mindset.
○ We’re young, we’re new so we have enough flexibility for you to learn and grow.

● No experience required, professional training and consulting skills are provided
● Can-do Attitude and passion about sales and expanding business.
● Have willingness to learn and adapt to new things.
● Being detail-oriented and goal-driven.
● Good negotiation and communication skills.
● Fresh graduates or senior year students all welcomed.

● Training and development orientation.
● Be guided, trained in Business Development skills, and other soft skills such as problem solving, communication, teamwork, etc. during the internship.
