Establish the initial go-to-market strategy and plan for company B2B: Determine the priority for testing the Marathon Education offering and value proposition while establishing the 2023 B2B sales roadmap by evaluating customer segments.
Assemble, direct, and nurture the group: assemble a top-notch B2B sales team to bring in fresh business clients for Marathon. For the best possible team performance and happiness, lead and develop your team members. Adjust the team as needed to test new market segments, sales strategies, and products.
Obsess our commercial clients: Become the go-to person for our client's wants and problems; this will enable you to create, test, and implement additional value propositions for various target audiences. Early on, as we identify our target customers, this will be a highly hands-on function.
Own all KPIs for sales Driving B2B sales KPIs is entirely your responsibility. For Marathon reporting to top leadership, you'll use them to guide your team and maximize value.
Create and improve internal sales processes Work closely with our Revenue Operations team to specify the needs and requirements for our sales processes and adapt them to the Vietnam market.
More than five years of experience in B2B sales. Experience in Education is a plus.
Excellent organization and communication skills - you provide clear & concise guidance through all forms of communication
Bachelor’s Degree and above
Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with planning, tracking, and reporting
Good at managing time, priorities, and expenses
Directly participates in the company's strategic product development.
Training and development orientation.
Working with the young and dynamic Technical Team.
