Mô tả công việc

  • Build up & manage an accounting control system to ensure the accounting jobs of the company are in compliance with the accounting principles & government law and respond to issue financial & internal reports accurately, timely, and sufficiently
  • Control budget & cash flow to save costs and increase productivity.
  • Review and improve accounting and operating procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures.
  • Manage cash flow, payment, tax risk, etc.
  • Work with tax consulting agencies for all questions related to business, contract, or a specific operation.
  • Produce and train processes, and policies for employees to ensure the records are accurate.
  • Support other departments with all works requiring accountant competencies.
  • Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules, and regulations. 
  • Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree or equivalent, major in Finance/Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Chief Accountant.
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese financial law including tax legislation.
  • Understanding of investment law (preferred).
  • Fluent English skills (both written and verbal).
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Work well under high pressure and strict deadlines.
  • Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal and reporting skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Good analytical thinking.
