3+ years of experience in software development
Bachelor or equivalence of a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (optional, but a proof)
Deep and strong understanding and knowledge of Design Patterns and Anti Design Patterns
Strong understanding and hands-on experiences with MS SQL Server and equivalent relational database system like MySQL, Postgre: 3 years or more of experience
Strong knowledge in designing and architecting backend API following either RESTful, gRPC or graphQL
Hands-on experiences and knowledge about AWS, Azure, GCP
Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming with Python
Good experience of Django Web Framework
Good experience in working with NoSQL DBs like MongoDB as well as SQL DBs like MySQL and Oracle.
Strong unit test and debugging skills
Experience working with legacy code
Comfortable working in Linux environment
Good understanding of REST

Good to have skills:

Knowledge of Tornado web framework will be a plus.
Knowledge of JavaScript with its frameworks like JQuery, etc. will be a plus.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN etc.
Good understanding of server-side templating languages like Jinja2, etc.
