5+ years of experience in software development
Bachelor or equivalence of a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (optional, but a proof)
Deep and strong understanding and knowledge of Design Patterns and Anti Design Patterns
Deep understanding and skillful in C# and OOP concepts: 3 years or more of experience
Deep understanding and skillful in .NET, .NET Core, .net5+, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core MVC, Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core 3 years or more of experience
Strong understanding and hands-on experiences with MS SQL Server and equivalent relational database system like MySQL, Postgre: 3 years or more of experience
Hands-on experiences with nonSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra: 1 year or more of experience
Strong understanding and skillful with popular front-end technologies/frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, VueJS: 1 years or more of experience
Strong knowledge in designing and architecting backend API following either RESTful, gRPC or graphQL
Strong understanding of core web technologies and responsiveness with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
Strong hands-on experiences with applying common caching mechanisms such as Redis, MemCache, Couchbase
Hands-on experiences and knowledge about AWS, Azure, GCP
Very strong experience and skillful in GIT, CI/CD
Eager to take challenges and love to solve business problems with tight deadline and high pressure
English - 4 skills: equivalent of TOEIC 650 or above
 Bonus Point:

Good knowledge and understanding of .NET mobile development with Xamarin/MAUI
Hands-on experiences with building mobile-first systems
Good knowledges of UI/UX
