MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
We are looking for Cambodia - based Country Manager, working in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
- Represent Lendmo in Cambodia
- Be responsible for all operations of Lendmo in Cambodia. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets;
- Produce annually business operations plan.
- Be in charge of business development and deal with clients.
- Produce monthly/quarterly/ annually business performance reports;
- Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training;
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
- At least 1.5 years of experience in business development, economics, market research, marketing and external relations.
- Good command of English
- Good at problem solving, flexible and adapt quickly to new environment.
- Nationality: Vietnamese (prefer candidates who live in Cambodia or currently live in Hanoi)
- Willing to relocate.

- Salary: from 1000$
- Business working visa provided.
- Travel allowance from Cambodia to Vietnam (once every other 2 months)
- Allowance + Incentive in accordance with Company‘s policy
