The Qualifier is responsible for qualifying leads by telephone. Tasks are focused on the identification of volume potential with Suspects and initiating rank-up of prospect customers to the relevant sales team with volume potential above MC volume threshold

- Identify suspects through planned pro-active lead sourcing and market intelligence and research activities i.e. Social Media, Internet, databases, telephone cold-calling

- Utilising correct Sales Process guidelines and agreed volume criteria allocate prospects to relevant Sales Team (Telesales or Field Sales)

- Where requested or appropriate send out information to prospects (Note: ensuring that Account Manager who receives “prospect” is made aware of details provided)

-Use communications skills to identify decision-makers for shipping and gain access to them 

- Combine sales skills with Ninja product/service knowledge and convert the maximum possible suspect leads into prospects

- Continually develop knowledge of Ninja Van’s services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible standard of customer service and maximize the department’s contribution to the sales function

- Ensure that customer information is capture and maintained accurately on the salesfore.com"


- 1 year of experience working as Telemarketing

- Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal style

- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

- Demonstrated ability to use initiative/judgment to solve job-related issues

- Sound educational background


Working hours: 10am - 6pm
