MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Activation and Co-branding
- Coordinate with internal departments and bank partners to develop, implement and maintain co-branding consistency, making sure all the MKT materials are up-to-day, timely delivered with high-quality standard and expectation to promote strong partnership engagement.
- Coordinate with internal departments and bank partners to promote and customize policy kit, sales kit and branding items accordingly.
- Develop and oversee the marketing co-branding plan for specific partners to create specialized customer campaigns based on bank partners’ characteristics and aligned with the agreed promotion budget.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support on executing marketing campaigns to bank partners. Support in tracking, measuring, and reporting on the effectiveness of the campaigns to help develop the quality.
- Work with bank partners on activation projects related to customers, products/ services deployment and other related marketing/ branding activities.
Digital Channel Marketing and Communication
- Work with bank partners to coordinate and integrate products and services information into bank partners’ digital platforms, under co-branding purposes.
- Develop and manage day to day content communicated in the Banca Prudential fan-page to help promote and engage stronger the Banca partnership, making sure all the information provided are official, accurate, up-to-date, informative and helpful to target audience.
- Develop and promote our products and services in Bank’s app, website.
- Develop, drive and implement channel marketing activities into digital platforms for selected groups of both bank partners and salesforce.
- Think and come up with new digital tools.
Trip and Event
- Make plan and implement trips/ events as assigned by Line Manager, in an innovative and effective way, and under the allowed budget.
- Meet deadlines and requirements of individual assignments and projects.
- Keep up with new market trends and apply to events/ trips.
- Monitor the cost spending with highest ROI.
- To be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any).
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Qualifications: University Degree, preferable Marketing, Business Administration.
Experience & Knowledge:
At least 3 years in in Marketing, Advertising/ Activation/ Event/ Hotel & Tourism business or
At least 3 years in any relevant business of events or any art of performing
Knowledge: Good knowledge on marketing, project management, business activation and communication
Good knowledge on Life Insurance
- Good communication, listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
- Good presentation, project planning and management skills
- Self- motivation and control
- Be innovative and creative
- Ability to work under challenging and high-pressured jobs
- Good teamwork and cooperative spirit
- Dynamic working manner and and pro-activeness at work and multi-tasking skills
- Good use of Microsoft office
