Mô tả công việc

  • Keep and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders with existing customers.
  • Being active to collaborate with the Delivery Team to design and plan for a chain of activities to take care of customers in order to find more business opportunities. 
  • Being responsible for assigned recurring sales revenue.
  • Strategize working with existing customers to get more sales from customer referrals. 
  • Make detailed plans and roadmaps to convert new onboarding customers to be key/loyal customers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to run customer care programs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set: 

Essential: 

  • Able to be empathetic with people’s concerns/ pains. 
  • Smart, aggressive, ambitious to take new challenges.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills (storytelling, and conversation maintenance).
  • Good negotiation, good listening & questioning skills, time management, and problem-solving skills, relationship management. 
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English (Advanced level) ( International Background is preferable).
  • Hard-working and self-accountable. 
  • At least 02-year experience in Account Management with a proven track record.

Desirable (Good to have):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related position.
  • Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments.
  • Background in the IT industry.
