Mô tả công việc
- Keep and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders with existing customers.
- Being active to collaborate with the Delivery Team to design and plan for a chain of activities to take care of customers in order to find more business opportunities.
- Being responsible for assigned recurring sales revenue.
- Strategize working with existing customers to get more sales from customer referrals.
- Make detailed plans and roadmaps to convert new onboarding customers to be key/loyal customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to run customer care programs.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set:
Essential:
- Able to be empathetic with people’s concerns/ pains.
- Smart, aggressive, ambitious to take new challenges.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills (storytelling, and conversation maintenance).
- Good negotiation, good listening & questioning skills, time management, and problem-solving skills, relationship management.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (Advanced level) ( International Background is preferable).
- Hard-working and self-accountable.
- At least 02-year experience in Account Management with a proven track record.
Desirable (Good to have):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related position.
- Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments.
- Background in the IT industry.
