1 Headcount for Vietnamese market (selling digital transformation solution)
4 Headcount for oversea markets (English speaking clients) (Fintech, Product, E-commerce domain)
- Drive the sales cycle from initial engagement to successful close
- Be a subject matter expert and a trusted advisor on our products.
- Respond to inbound leads via email or conference call
- Conduct high level product demonstrations to customers both in person or over a video conference
- Build a network and identify business opportunities by attending industry events
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Manage customer data on the CRM system
- Work alongside various teams to develop tools and strategies to aid the Customer Success team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Essential:
- 1+ year experience in Sales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record
- Smart, aggressive, ambitious to conquer new challenges (to win deals)
- Good negotiation, time management, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Hard-working and self-accountable
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (not required for Vietnamese market)
Desirable (Good to have):
- Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in related position
- Background in IT industry, or selling products is preferred
