TDCX Malaysia is seeking a Sales Development Representative, who will be responsible for selling IT Cloud products/services and integrated solutions to new and existing SME accounts in the assigned geographic territory. You will work closely with the Sales/Marketing/Channel Team and Partner Team to acquire, develop, and retain accounts through business development initiatives.

I. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a trusted partner advisor and execute strategy to achieve quota objectives and activity metrics within assigned territory.
- Lead, qualify, and convert marketing leads with strong research skills, insight generation, and commitment to hunting.
- Conduct call and social activities to pursue new business or up/cross-selling opportunities.
- Responsible for pipeline and forecast management in accordance with sales call center business process excellence.
- Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing and keep up-to-date on knowledge of the company.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✓ Must be willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur for full-time work
✓ Minimum 2 years' Inside Sales/B2B Sales/Account Management/Partner management experience within technology sector i.e. IT hardware and/or software, preferably in Cloud sales
✓ Good understanding on IT Cloud Product & Services Portfolio, sales & customer buying cycle, and BANT Ability to communicate cloud technology and value propositions
✓ Excellent English and Vietnamese language communication & written skills
✓ Result Driven, Customer & Stakeholder centricity
✓ Minimum academic qualification: Degree or Diploma
✓ Results driven, strong willpower, passion to learn, intellectual horsepower, dealing with ambiguity, command skills, integrity and trust
✓ Proven record of accomplishment within an inside sales team in the B2B technical market
✓ Must have previously used a CRM Sales module (e.g. SFDC)

- Base salary of up to 7,000 MYR (ie. 37,000,000 VND), plus monthly incentive bonus
- Office working hour 9am - 6pm (local time), Mon-Fri
