• Sourcing and attracting candidates to headhunt potential candidate by using databases, social media and other various channels base on recruitment needs.

• Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates.

• Update candidate database

• Screen resumes for Interview

• Arrange & follow up on interviews and English tests

• Can manage group of 3+ headhunters

• Other tasks required by HR Manager/ Team Lead

• Bachelor Degree

• Enjoy working in recruitment field and commit to work long term

• Good communication, presentation and problem solving skills

• Good organizational skill

• Ability to work under high pressure and build up good internal and external relationships

• Headhunter experience
