Mô tả công việc

- We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will work closely with our key clients in Vietnam to identify business challenges/opportunities, propose marketing solutions, and deliver digital marketing and E-commerce services to help grow their businesses.  The candidate needs to be a hands-on and self-starting leader with great relationship management and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in an entrepreneurial and multicultural environment. Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Director of the Digital Marketing Department.
- Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Strategy Building (35%):
• Responsible for all aspects of digital communication for our clients both international and local brands from strategy to action.
• Provide relevant and timely information on marketing initiatives suitable for various industries alongside the recommendation on what media platforms are best utilized for digital campaigns.
• Define and manage clients’ KPIs to ensure all strategies and implementation plans are met the goal.
• Budget planning and recommending for the brands in online media suitable for specific campaign matching with target audiences and business objectives.
• Research the industry on an ongoing basis to know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact the current and future strategies of digital marketing and E-commerce.
• Updating Hot Topics/Relevant Trends and proposing/consulting the actionable implications for internal teams, clients…at the project level, category/ industry level…(Social Trend, Google Trend, E-commerce Trend…other reports).

- Project Management (35%)
• Follow the project to smoothly work with the internal team and other stakeholders (Other Departments) to make sure the well-delivered project with high quality & on time.
• Drive and implement cost-effective online, social media marketing campaigns and EC platform marketing (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, etc.) for all marketing funnels.
• Guide and train the team members to create proposal material with annual and monthly media planning, including budget allocation for each media, deciding ads content, and negotiating with the other vendors.
• Prepare & conduct daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews with clients.
• Gain insights from digital tools and databases and direct the team member to better proposals and report to clients based on the insights.
• Develop and manage good relationships with clients.
• Organize and lead the discussions with clients in meetings. 
• Manage project P&L to meet the company’s target.
- Team Management (30%)
• Responsible for team management to achieve high productivity and encourage team collaboration among related parties to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Developing team members (Executive/Trainee) qualified for company business needs such as assigning jobs, managing team workload and performance, andgiving feedback to team members in a timely manner periodically.
• Deliver training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in client service, project management, and team management.
• Inspiring all the relevant teams and solving everyone’s difficulties; listening to team members difficulties and motivating them; giving recognition for good performance as well as managing poor performance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 8- 10 years experience in the marketing field or related position
• Experience working optimizing ads campaigns across digital channels
• Data-driven mindset and analytical, methodical, and creative approach
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, CDP, and CRM
• Be able to read, and understand Social Listening Reports and apply in the planning stage
• Deep understanding of diversified data points of social & digital platforms
• Deep understanding of Media data points and metrics 
• Good at data reporting and presenting the data convincingly
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Have good analytical skills and can deal with both numbers and words analysis
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills (both Vietnamese & English) 
• Be trusted, adaptable, and proactive attitude
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure & with cross-functional teams.
• Solid project management background
• Advance in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
• Experience in E-commerce business is a big plus (e.g. KAM at Shopee/Lazada/Tiki)
• Experience in industries such as Health care, Beauty care, FMCG, F&B, insurance, smartphones, digital wallet, electronics, home appliances, etc.
