- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers & assigned accounts.
- Searching, approaching and visiting potential customers for new business opportunities, negotiating the terms of agreements with new and potential customers.
- Meet clients, present products & services and close sales.
- Acting as reference contact between the Company and the existing and potential customers.
- Gathering contact center & digital marketing market and customer information.
- Work closely with the operation team to ensure execution of service proposal & plan.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest techniques on social media and contact center industry.
- Leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
- Training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Account Management services or equivalent.
- Prior B2B sales or Pre-sales consultant in Outsourcing, Digital Marketing, Contact Center services or related services industries.
- Has can-do attitude, proven track-record in sales achievements.
- Understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements.
- Good presentation skills and communication.
- Analytic mindset, proactive, dedicated, committed & passionate.
- Leadership skill.
- Customer service & sales oriented Available to think out of the box.
- Can be work independent as well as teamwork
- Promotion, salary increase 1 time/year
