- Provide the product, process training to newbie agents and refresh training to existing agents.
- Make training plan and assessment for newbie agents.
- Ensure the training qualification and training passing rate.
- Coordinate with Team Lead and QC on training/coaching plan on requirement.
- Update training materials and ensure agents well trained updated knowledge and information.
- At least 6 months experience in customer service training position
- Experience in E-Commerce, Technology, Travel, and Experiences is a plus.
- Good at communication, training content preparation/customization.
- Good at training/ presentation skill
- English communication skill
- Periodical bonus: twice/year
