- Design and create engaging and innovative curriculum and content for ILO Preschool, aligned with our Finnish approach to pedagogy.

- Conduct research and analysis on market needs, customer feedback, and best practices in bilingual kindergarten education for young learners.

- Collaborate with the Operations team and the teachers to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the learning materials and outcomes.

- Monitor and evaluate the impact and performance of the curriculum and content, and make data-driven improvements and adjustments.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Finnish education, English language education, and curriculum design

- Provide training and support to the teachers on how to use the curriculum and content effectively.

- Communicate and coordinate with external partners and stakeholders, such as publishers, vendors, and consultants.

- Liaise with theMarketing team to devise marketing strategies to promote ILO Preschool’s curriculum and content to potential customers

- Prepare reports and presentations on the progress and achievements of the curriculum and content development.

- Ensure curriculum content is compliant with the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) standards and outcomes.

- Design and update a content and curriculum calendar.

- Collate curriculum feedback from ILO teachers, and pass on our improvement suggestions to our curriculum partner(s).

- Translating curriculum content from Vietnamese to English, and vice versa.

- To conduct regular observations of Vietnamese and International teachers, providing feedback and recommendations for individual and whole-campus development plans.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Education/Pre-school Education
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills at Native or Native Level
• English Speaker level (IELTS 7.5 minimum)
• Minimum 5 years of additional experience as academic manager or principal at international kindergarten
• Confident and accomplished leader, inspirational in their approach to education and management, training, developing and coaching the Academic Team.

• Must have strong organizational skills, proficient in use of G-suite apps and experienced in teaching in digital environment
