Job Information:
Teaching Assistant hours in class
• Taking classes as requested
• Having substitution as requested
Classroom Management
• Support teachers in class/during the course
• Take care of students in class
Course Administration
• Prepare and distribute course books, materials and merchandise
• Update students with course progress information
• Check students’ attendance daily
• Prepare students for exams
Customer Care
• Report students’ progress - results (monthly)
• Support in handling requests and complaints
• Tutoring weak students
• Support centre events
Re-enrolment
• Support in re-enrolment tasks when requested
Job Requirement • Has university Degree [current university students from the 3rd year above are acceptable]
• Good customer care mind-set
• Can work by shifts
• Fluent in English
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
- Sinh viên từ năm 2 tại các trường Đại học.
- Trình độ tiếng Anh: từ Intermediate
- Có kỹ năng sư phạm
- Giao tiếp tốt.
- Địa điểm làm việc: ILA 324 Tây Sơn & ILA Trung Hòa Nhân Chinh
