Mô tả công việc

  • Planning and building human resource strategy including recruitment, training and development, evaluation, remuneration, etc to meet the business strategy of the company in each period;
  • Advise the Director on personnel issues: organizational structure, personnel management, salary, bonus, remuneration and welfare options;
  • Presiding over the development and modification/addition of the system of processes and regulations applied in the Company;
  • Presiding over the development and operation of the personnel evaluation system, building the career roadmap, the BSC and KPI strategic management system;
  • Presiding over, strategizing to build and develop the company's recruitment brand;
  • Planning annual personnel budget and controlling costs;
  • Make reports, analyze HR data and forecast the industry's human resource market situation to come up with appropriate action plans, and timely advise the Directors.
  • Managing members of the Human Resources department;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Directors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • At least 7 years of experience in HR industry;
  • At least 3 years of experience working as HRM for IT Company with 100 employees or more;
  • Good verbal & written English and Vietnamese;
  • Having thorough knowledge and understanding of human resource management, organizational structure, and systematic thinking;
  • Having knowledge and understanding about building and developing recruitment brand;
  • Knowledge and understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law…

Other Requirements:

  • Having experience working in an outsourcing company in Singapore, Australia, and EU markets
  • Have strength in recruiting senior positions in the IT field.
  • Critical thinker, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Competent to find problems independently, analyze problems and propose reasonable solutions;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, evaluation and decision-making skills;
  • Skilled in staff training and development, team cohesion;
  • Able to work independently/good teamwork.
