Account Executive

1. Project coordination

• Liaising and/or responsible for liaising between the company and its clients to ensure seamless communications, minimizing the miscommunication risks.

• Understanding clearly what the clients need in each project.

• Contribute to drafting proposal for clients.

• Co-ordinate with clients, different teams of the company and suppliers to make sure the projects run smoothly.

• Coordinate to produce the project report (pre and post project reports) and submit to clients

• Supervising budgets and the overall payment process.

2. Reporting

• Report directly to Account Manager

3. Management

• Manage Account Executives

• Manage the company’s resources appropriately.

• Bachelor Degrees or higher.

• 1-2 years experience in account related positions

• Good presentation and negotiation skills

• Good interpersonal skills and team work.

• Good problem solving skills

• Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadline

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel

• English proficiency
