Accountant

- Supervise and monitor all daily accounting activities.

- Make sure timely and accurate of accounting record to software;

- Check and verify proper legal documents of payment voucher;

- Prepare weekly Cash requirement; follow up on approved fund from Corporate;

- Monitor costing; expenses analysis;

- Manage Fixed assets, depreciation allocate and Fixed asset liquidation;

- Prepare monthly financial statement with accurate and in compliance ;

- Prepare annual budget; financial model for new project;

- Handle tax matters, checking monthly tax reports and Taxation issue. Tax finalization;

- Prepare annual financial statement; dealing with auditor for year-end audit;

- To make sure and supervise all activities of contractors, on cleaning, food safety, health & environment; and security would be in safe and effective.

- Prior management experience and ability to manage an accounting team

- Have knowledge in costing, reporting responsibility, budget development

- Familiar with corporate, VAT and PAT taxation

- Microsoft Office and ERP

- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Rewards: The company has a policy of increasing wages and bonuses for employees annually. The award may be in cash or in kind based on the employee's committed work results and the company's annual business results

- Personal income tax: According to current law, the company will pay personal income tax to Mr. / Ms at The Empire monthly and pay to the tax office. Every year, you are responsible for making tax finalization with the authorities in accordance with Vietnam's Personal Income Tax Law.

- Insurance: The company will pay compulsory insurance (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance) for you on the basis of the general salary scale of the whole company and in accordance with the regulations. of the Insurance Law after you have signed an official contract.

- Working hours start from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Lunch break from 12:00 to 13:30), from Monday to Saturday every week. Saturday if no work arises will be on at 12h00.

- Leave and other leave entitlements: you are entitled to all public holidays and New Year holidays prescribed by the Labor Code and 12 days of full leave (12 months). Other holidays are subject to company policy.

- All provisions of this Letter are a separate agreement between You and The Empire, and are confidential. The Company requires that you do not disclose any terms of this letter to another third party, under any circumstances, unless required by law.
