Accounting:

- Collect, check and manage invoices from supplier

- Make payment to supplier

- Send accounting document to outsource company and check/ feedback/ follow FS reports

- Prepare/ follow estimating report and prepare report for BOD monthly meeting

- Input accounting data to head office consolidated system and other reports if any

- All other accounting jobs

Administration:

- Calculate salary

- Register mandatory/ voluntary insurance

- Make sure all office equipment in good condition

- All other administration jobs

Main business scope : Software development for Japan Corporation 's products

- Graduated university in accounting major & having N2 certificate

- Having at least 4 years for Japanese company

- Proactivity, carefully and able to work independently

- Having career path to be HR/GA/ Accounting leader or manager

- Holiday: Every Saturday and Sunday

- Vacation : Public holiday

- Salary: 600$ -  1200$

- 13th month & Performance bonus up to 4-months salary

- New year holiday: 5-days leave (our company only: from 30th Dec to 3rd Jan) and Tet holiday based on the annual announcement of the Government
