• Design plan, budget, and implement administration duties
• Build, maintain and improve continuously procedure in Administration Department
• Operate and manage duties related to Administration such as:
- Manage asset
- Manage, purchase, maintain equipment
- Set up office, office landscape
- Support paperwork, procedure to apply for visas, passports, work permits for staff
- Support clerical duties, advanced requests, payment requests between staff and Finance Department
- Manage receptionist, housekeeper, staff in Administration Department
- Support logistics for events, programs organized in Company
• Have knowledge and skill in customer care service
• Build up, train, and manage a team with 3-5 members
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 2 years (+) experience and 1 year (+) experience in the leader position.
• Beneficial to have experience in Administration Manager in IT company
• Have passion for Administration work
• Excellent negotiation skills to have the best price and best quality in purchasing.
• Have experience and network in applying for visas, passports for staff go onsite
• Successfully organize internal events for the company.
• Good at English
