AhaMove HCM - Senior Backend

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Optimize the system for reliability and performance.

• Strong programming skills.
• Have a solid background in Backend at least 2 years with any programming languages (We prefer Golang/Python or willing to challenge yourself with Golang/Python)
• Good knowledge about both relational and non-relational database such as Postgresql / MongoDB)
• Excellent working attitude, problem solving skill, critical thinking, and communication skill.
• Experience in design and development of large-scale distributed systems is preferred
• Knowledge with Docker / Kubernetes is a plus
• Knowledge with micro-services structure
• Worked on e-commerce / logistic applications is a plus
