- Manage full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing candidates to closing positions;
- Propose and execute new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities;
- Propose and implement ideas or actions to continuously improve the process and to meet targets in terms of both quantity and quality;
- Build and maintain good terms with potential candidates to nurture talent pool;
- Employer Branding, Data Management & Other tasks assigned by Head of Human Resources.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor of Art in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
- At least 1 years working experience in the same position, strong about recruitment major (having experience in Technology Recruitment is a plus);
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently, teamwork and result-oriented;
- Experience with sourcing tools and techniques;
- Can work under very high pressures & growth mindset and proactive.
