[AhaMove HN] Business Development Strategy Executive/ Data Analyst

• Forecast monthly and allocate targets for sales reps
• Create dashboards and reports for BD team to keep track of their performance and daily tasks
• Build automation bots for sales to keep up with target and warning unstable operating activities
• Utilize platforms like Hubspot to improve/standardize sales process
• Analyze data (sales funnel, user behavior) to improve sales productivity and offer promotion plans for users
• Collaborate with other teams to support their needs

• Problem-solving and goal-accomplishing mindset
• Ability to focus intensively on important tasks
• Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics to produce actionable insights
• 6+ months experience of a data analytics role at a tech company.
• English proficiency: able to understand and research English materials (IELTS certificate is a plus)

• Gross salary: 9 - 15M, reviewed annually
