Mô tả công việc

  • Receive booking from factories, check with Consignee/UPS for shipment approval/rate charges approval.
  • Create Daily Shipment List (Having exact MAWB#, HAWB#, Shipper, Consignee, Flight#, Flight date, Carton q’ty)
  • Make Shipper Instruction Letter, include Airlines Booking confirm & sent to Ops
  • Ask Shipper/Factory to send shipping dox for checking first
  • Contact Ops to get Actual G.W & carton dimensions
  • Image all shipping dox to E2K.
  • Contact Ops to get Actual G.W & carton dimensions
  • E2K: shipment entry, MBLD, COB, rating
  • OW: for SM account
  • Issue HAWB & send all Shipping dox to Ops to send to Airlines
  • Send Pre-alert
  • Collect Customs Sheet + HAWB & delivery to Shipper/Factory.
  • Tracking & Tracing
  • Reporting

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • 1 years – experience in similar positions
  • Working for global forwarders is preferred
  • Bachelor degree or technical diploma is required.
  • English B level
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task
  • Willingness to learn & self-motivate
