- To develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans based on market status and trend to reach projected result and performance.
- Manage air pricing and procurement.
- Direct new opportunities within existing and new accounts and support the competitive cost to win business.
- Establish, develop relationship with airlines, overseas agent, other departments and customers.
- To supervise & manage airfreight team, to integrate service products for business promotions and development.
- To coordination to ensure our service commitments fulfilled and meeting customers' requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales reporting to Branch Manager and General Manager.
- Continuously improve procedures, controls & KPIs, to ensure full compliance.
- Other assigned tasks by Branch Manager.
- Details will be discussed more during the interview time.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
. Bachelor’s degree or above.
. 3-5 year experiences in airfreight management positions.
. Fluent writing and speaking in English.
. In-depth market knowledge of the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
. Strong organizational, business writing and negotiation skills.
. Excellent presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
. Proven ability to multi-task and drive revenue from multiple accounts.
. Excellent client and vendor relationship management.
