- Incident, Problem & Change Management
- System’s processing monitoring and resolution, application health check
- Monitor reports generation daily, weekly, or monthly
- Implementation of regulatory functionality, including development, troubleshooting and bug fixing, testing, and deployment.
- Setting up cluster environments, VM instances, installing SQL and other various apps.
- Installation, configuration and tuning of Internal and External applications.
- Research on Stored Procs, Access/SQL code to identify failure points.
- Manage server, database, and data support (Modify the import file, SQL code or SSIS package).
- Work with Development team on complex defects.
- Rotational Shift-working in 24×7 or 24×5 services for On-call or email or ticket support during the weekday and on weekends.
- Ensure ticket management tools used e.g. JIRA, or ServiceNow or Freshdesk, Fresh Services… to track and demonstrate the overall quality of services

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- IT Background from Polytechnic or college graduation
- Good at English or Japanese
- Strong understanding of business language and business workflows is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and technical background with good problem solving skills.
- ITIL Qualification is advantage.
