KAIROS Premium Service Office & Coworking has been helping individuals and businesses enhance their office experience by taking care of their office and employees need with our unique office leasing offers.
As part of the KAIROS marketing team you will spread the awareness of how we improve their business operations via digital reach, offline events, media outreach and success story sharing. Our mission is to educate how tenants, local and international business firms, can leverage our service office to solve a variety of pain points, provide a safe, fun, and engaging workspace for their employees, while impressing their clients. We have two premium locations in HCMC with plans to expand further.
We would like to seek a highly motivated, customer focused, creative thinking, data driven and deadline oriented professional to join our marketing team to drive the awareness of KAIROS’s service offerings through various online marketing activities in Vietnam.
The marketing manager (content and communications) will work closely with our strategy director and be assigned an intern to support their efforts. The role consists of building, executing and reporting on a series of activities to generate awareness and leads for follow-ups.
He/she would engage with potential tenants, partners, and the general public through all communication channels. Working with the commercial team, he/she would also develop a calendar of content/communication activities to boost KAIROS’s awareness and credibility. He/she will create positive experience, deliver relevant content and insightful key messages to the prospects.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
Minimum 3+ years creating (conceptualizing and executing) demand gen or integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent discernment, great aesthetic sense, keen eyes for details and commitment to the highest quality standards
Able to think strategically and creatively beyond typical parameters, strong in problem-solving.
Experience managing online marketing strategy and execution on various online marketing channels including social media and website
Good understanding of major social media platforms including analytics and business management tools.
Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and how to employ marketing communications strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.
A team player with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
3+ years of experience in social media marketing and community building.
3+ years of content writing and brand building experience.
1+ year experience in PR.
Experience with Canva, Hubspot, WordPress or other marketing tools
Experience working in company for B2B and/or B2B2C product/services
Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
Understanding of how to use content marketing to generate awareness and qualified leads
Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
