Bi/Data/Reporting Teamlead (System Analyst/Dev)

+ Mange SA/DEV team of 12 members.
+ Manage the change from beginning to implementation (mini PM for change request)
+ Manage outsource vendor in costing/ human resource/ works.
+ Study, analyze new banking products, banking processes, focus on specific domain, such as BI, Data warehouse (EDW) and Reporting, etc…
+ Study and apply new technology/technical solution to fulfill business requirements
+ Understand Architecture of data and analyze the capability of bank systems, such as Data warehoue (EDW), BI/BO, BI Cognos, Core Banking, Card Management System, Digital Banking Platform, etc…
+ Document needs in clear, consistent, easy to read, complete BRD/SRS
+ Consult, support end-users at level 3 and suggest new optimized business processes required to fulfill business requirements, that use maximum out of application capabilities
+ Execute System Analyst role in projects and enhancements request.
+ Be goal oriented, efficient, and committed.
+ Consult and Train business and users, Investigate production issues.

+ Graduated as a Bachelor of IT or Banking and Finance.
+ Experience in a particular banking data for at least 5 years.
+ Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain.
+ Strong experience in writing a BRD/SRS for Banking Products/processes (complete, structured and easy to read).
+ Extensive experience in Data Warehouse, Data model, Data mart, design Database.
+ Extensive experience in Data Warehouse, Data model, Data mart, design Database
+ Known the database MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle
+ Extensive experience and expert knowledge in Business Intelligence Reporting tools of Microsoft/Oracle(BO)/IBM (Cognos BI).
+ Extensive experience in IBM NETEZZA Database
+ Extensive experience ETL in IBM InfoSphere Information Server
+ An understanding of bank business domain.
