1 Billing Executive

Corporate Unit: Schenker Logistic Vietnam
Location: Hanoi
Reporting to: Assistant to Customs and Transportation Manager
Staff Responsibility: Yes

2 General Description

This position is responsible for all aspects of Billing and documentation of Schenker Logistics Vietnam – Hanoi Branch

3 Specific Accountabilities

• Supervise billing jobs for all shipments of SLV HAN

• Manage team to do the tasks smoothly as well as arrange manpower in team flexibly

• Create Customer condition contract in LFS system

• Make debit ,reserve cost/income, issue invoices for domestics shpts, cross border trucking shpts, air shpts

• Work closely with Operation team to minimize missing shpt entry, reserve cost/income

• Weeky download data in Procar to check if operation input shpt/ reserve cost/income fully & correctly or not

• Make Open Reserve report at last day of month

• Make cost/income actual report, credit report, Dummy shipment report , explaination of movement report , lost report from date 1st -4th of month

• Perform other task which is requested by Manager ( if any)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of E-cus & E-clearance system;

• Good communication in English and computer proficiency are must;

• Data input accuracy

• Forwarding background.

• Customer Orientation

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Studies/ Foreign Trade/ Economics is preferable.

• Forwarding background is preferable
