• Manage Viemart's Brand strategy including; brand assets and guidelines, vision, CSR strategy including regional charity initiatives, marketing mix; value propositions and messaging
• Build and develop strategy/plan by setting up objectives, making plan and cost control for each campaign; and lead implementation of these strategies/plans, directly responsible for the brand’s health (consumer measures) and it's in-market performance (volume, share and profitability)
• Conduct regular market research to identify competitors, target customers, market opportunities
• Be focused on developing Brand awareness and lead generation through all marketing initiatives
• Analyze market situation, consumer trend, competitors’ brand, sales performance, and understand market feedback about the brand or activities to identify emerging segments, unmet consumer needs, and business issues and recommend action plans
• Set up brand positioning, follow and keep the position via activities concept
• Develop new products by making new product concept and design, managing new product launching development processing closely with related departments, estimating new product sales forecast & production volume, and following daily stock and product’s performance to have suitable action.
• Manage well proposal from Suppliers and supervise strictly execution of Supplier to make sure project quality
• Accountable for brand visual, from brand's packaging to online/digital/media visibility.
• Control budget of brand design.
• Coordinate with departments for marketing objectives
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related major, University degree in Marketing, Design, Communication
• At least 4 year experiences at the same position,
• Good experience & relevant knowledge in e-commerce, Pod, Dropship
• Knowledge of design, lifestyle, innovation environment, Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,...
• Understanding of customer experience methodology, brand management, marketing, advertising, and e-commerce.
• Fluency in English & Vietnamese speaking & writing .
• Effective planning, time management, presentation, negotiation, communication and project management .
• Be familiar with and have an understanding of the marketing landscape, including paid, owned and earned media and how webinars and online promotions fit into this overall .
• Broad understanding of global markets, preferably B2B .
• Experience with project management and able to work within a team and motivate a team .
