Mô tả công việc

- Working with agencies to conduct marketing research projects, monitoring marketing trends and identifying potential areas

- Conceptualizing thematic marketing campaigns

- Coming up with ideas for new package designs of products

- Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel

- Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market researches

- Competition tracking and benchmarking

- Will require to travel.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Age: Under 26 years old

- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree from Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent...

- A bonus point for Minimum 01 year experience in Marketing (FMCG sector)

- Good analytical skills, Creative

- Very good oral & written Vietnamese and English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 and up)

- Good interpersonal skills

Quyền lợi được hưởng

- Salary & Bonus: $500 - $700 Monthly (bonus: Public holidays, Tet Bonus with the rate of 2.0-3.0 months, other bonuses...)

- Performance Appraisal: at least 1 times/year according to the Company policy.

- Working hour: from Monday to Friday; Annual leave: 12 days /year, extra 2 days after 2 working years
