Business Analyst (Ba)

WORKING PLACE: 85 Nguyen Ngoc Vu, Hanoi

MAIN TASKS:

Analyzes customer requirement and discover potential customer;

Analyzes user and business requirements to create application design to meet the requirements;

Write Business requirement or Admin guide document;

Designs and maintains system on High-level and Low-level design documents;

Works with development teams to ensure that the application is followed to the system design documents;

Works with end-users to ensure that the application meets business and security requirements.

• Male/Female from 25 – 35 years old, graduated from college at least, prefer to Information Technology major;
• At least 2 years’ experience as a business analyst role in CRM software development;
• Familiar with UML concepts and tools;
• Experienced in using common office and design tools, such as Visio, Word, Power point;
• Good English & communication are must;
• Good at data review and statistical analysis.

• Working time: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday;
• Paid 100% salary in 02 probation months;
