Business Analyst Intern

We are looking for a Software Business Analyst Intern, who’ll work with stakeholders to understand their business needs, capturing the domain expertise, and translating this accurately into a succinct product requirements document that will serve as the input to the software development team.

• There’ll be an option to become a full-time staff after the internship!
• Document the stakeholders’ business requirements in details with all assumptions and caveats included.
• Maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog.
• Serve as an internal point of contact for development team whenever requirements need to be clarified in day to day operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to conduct UAT and release product features.
• Report directly to supervisor or Project Manager.

• Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
• Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes.
• Ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous and succinct fashion.
• Presentation, organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in Agile environment is a plus
