As Business Developement Assistant, you are responsible for facilitating the work of the sales team. You manage the sales admin tasks and liaise with the company’s clients for contracting on a daily basis. You participate to the organization of the distribution of our publications and help liaise with the company distribution provider. You participate in the making of the sales reporting documents and you communicate on a regular basis with the production department regarding new contracts and work to be done for our clients.
Compose the company’s sales contracts
Liaise with clients from the first phase of contract drafting until the sales contract collection
Update information of the signed contracts on the company CRM software
Input and update the information of the company’s clients in the CRM
Liaise with the production department in order to keep the production team informed about the work to be done following the collection of new contracts
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports
Send all publication samples and all sales campaign mailings to clients
Support printing delivery and distribution job
Other tasks as assigned by Management
Help coordinate the work of the distribution provider
Prepare and update the customer lists for the company provider
The ideal individual has the ability to assist the Business development team in making sure the company objectives and targets are reached.
She or he has strong written and verbal communication in both English and Vietnamese and possesses strong administrative and organizational skills, and she or he has the ability to balance multiple priorities at once.
She or he has good communication & persuasion skills and is customer-satisfaction oriented.
He or she can work independently and must be able to handle a wide variety of activities with discretion.

-Bachelor degree of Business Administration/Commerce or equivalent
-Credible and trustworthy
-2+ years of experience in sales or admin
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

-Good presentation skills
-Stable and willing to develop a career
-Outgoing and friendly personality
