- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Nurture employer partners from networking, executing the opportunity and on-going for continued partner success and support.
- Experienced in all aspects of deal execution from identifying and developing accounts, meeting with partners, business case development, to negotiating contracts and closing.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential partners.
- Collaborate with team members to determine and execute necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Manage and expand current and potential partners’ database
- Other reasonable duties, as assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in business development (at a reputable tourism business is a plus)
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office programs including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Comfort with business trips.
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
- Familiarity with Hotel, Service, and Online Travel Agent (OTA) business.
- Energetic, adventurous, gritty with a passion for sales and for building trusted relationships.
- Be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with ease and take ownership of assigned tasks or projects.
- Working time 8:00 - 8:30 to 17:15 - 17:45 (1 hour 15 minutes for break time) Monday – Friday
