- Search potential hotels that meet RedDoorz standards, such as location, pricing, hotel facilities, owner interest, etc. and propose RedDoorz’s partnership opportunities
- Align with Revenue and PM team to propose contract terms for new hotels
- Negotiate RedDoorz’s contract with interested hotel owners
- Collaborate with PM team for approving and operating the new hotels.
- Promote good relationship with current hotel partners & other relevant stakeholders
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales / business development, B2B sales or partnerships
- Experience in dealing with hotel owners, and corporate customers
- Comfort with a fast-paced working environment. Experience in start-up is a plus.
- Be proactive with warrior attitude
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work with minimal guidance
- Willing to travel.
