  • Develop the sales and marketing of MrSpeedy's products to the market.
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential client
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
  •  Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Provide competitive insight to the sales and marketing teams
  • Responsible for maintaining and cultivating customer relationships with emphasis on key decision makers
  • Develop and maintain an active opportunity pipeline for all accounts
  • Meeting, presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Closing sales and working with client through closing process for all sizes of potential clients

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, eCommerce, business administration or all other related fields
  •  Minimum 2-year experience in industrial market with multinational firm at the same level
  •  Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, persuasive, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong personal resilience, highly motivated and a team player with a strong personal drive
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
  • Can work under pressure
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and and CRM/Pipedrive experience preferred
  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
